A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is a medical evaluation completed to help ensure that aesthetic and wellness treatments are appropriate and safe for each patient. The evaluation includes a review of medical history, current medications, allergies, health conditions, previous treatments, and potential contraindications. At D’azené Beauty Medical Spa, all new patients are required to complete a GFE before receiving their first medical procedure or treatment. GFE Fee: $25 Patients participating in our Weight Loss Program are required to complete a new GFE every 3 months. These follow-up evaluations allow the medical provider to review treatment progress, evaluate results, assess overall response to therapy, and determine whether the current treatment plan remains medically appropriate. The GFE is performed by an appropriately licensed medical provider. Treatment may proceed once the required evaluation and medical clearance have been completed. Your safety is our priority.
